Upon retiring from the emergency services and moving out of the corporate accounting world, Collins and Cindy Martin are the owners/operators of Fir-Na-Tine LLC which includes their food truck, Firehouse Fare. Besides the food truck, they also had a catering service, live fire cooking, and are well known for their seafood boils. While working their food truck and catering business, they developed certain seasoning blends that complimented their dishes. With the urging from several friends, family, and customers, they are now packaging and selling their creations.
Collins is retired and working in research and development for their spice line while Cindy works part-time as a bookkeeper.
